Delete Your WITAL.AI Account

You have the right to delete your account and associated personal data at any time (GDPR Article 17).

How to delete your account

In the app (recommended):

Open WITAL.AI and sign in.
Go to Settings.
Tap Delete Account and confirm.

If you cannot access the app, email solo@woosee.pro from the email address associated with your account. Include the subject line "WITAL Account Deletion Request". We will verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your profile (email, display name, locale)
Linked sign-in accounts (Google, Apple, Facebook OAuth records)
Saved preferences and settings
Registered devices and push-notification tokens
Notification schedules and recipient records tied to your account

What is retained

A small set of data is kept for legal or operational reasons, even after account deletion:

Email unsubscribe list — if you have unsubscribed from any emails, we retain the email address on a suppression list to comply with CAN-SPAM and similar laws (so we don't email you again).
Server access logs — anonymised request logs and CloudFront access logs are retained for up to 90 days for security and abuse investigation.
Transactional email delivery records — email delivery metadata held by our email provider (AWS SES) is retained per their policy.

Deletion is permanent. We cannot recover your account, saved locations, or notification preferences once the request is processed. If you only want to stop notifications, you can disable them in Settings instead.
